ucía Vallecilla, ex abogada de Luis Ch. y Vinicio L., funcionarios de la Federación Ecuatoriana de Fútbol (FEF), investigados por presunto lavado de activos, suspendió la rueda de prensa que convocó ayer; se pronunciará el próximo lunes, después de la audiencia a la que fue llamada en la Unidad Penal de Pichincha.
La audiencia fue convocada a las 09:00 del 1 de febrero ante la jueza Ana Lucía Cevallos, quien resolverá si las diligencias de Vallecilla en representación de los funcionarios de la FEF se validan o se anulan. Sobre ella pesa la aseveración de no poseer registrado su título profesional, encontrándose en la lista de 366 títulos con inconsistencias que halló la Secretaría Nacional de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación. La Fiscalía informó que a la ciudadana se le apartó del Foro de Abogados del Consejo de la Judicatura y se le revocó la credencial.
De confirmarse la nulidad de sus acciones como abogada de Luis Ch. y Vinicio L., se haría una nueva formulación de cargos y la disposición, posiblemente, de las mismas medidas cautelares. Ambos tienen congeladas sus cuentas bancarias; Luis Ch. cumple arresto domiciliario y Vinicio L. prisión preventiva. Francisco A., tercer funcionario de la FEF implicado, cumple arresto domiciliario y tiene bloqueadas sus cuentas. La instrucción fiscal terminará el 4 de marzo. (I)
